Chromium
picolinate is a highly utilizable form of chromium, promoting
optimal regulation of cholesterol, as well as glucose and fat
metabolism.
Chromium is
important for fat metabolism, enzyme activation, and the regulation
of cholesterol. Chromium inhibits the synthesis of new fat from
carbohydrates, thus freeing the mitochondria to burn already stored
fat. In addition, chromium increases the effectiveness of insulin
and optimizes glucose metabolism.
